I have eaten here numerous times and plan to keep coming until I work my way through the entire menu. it could take a lifetime as specials are offered daily. Breakfast is the Best for miles around. Eggs Benedict (all versions) are outstanding and the pecan pancake melts in your mouth. Lunch salads are crispy and fresh and the Reuben is great. To top it all off prices are very reasonable and service is better than acceptable. You should definitely try it!!!! Judy C

Best damn hot chocolate I've ever had in my life! Real southern breakfast cooking. Outside seating as well as lovely decor on the inside. If this place had a jukebox, that would really send it through the roof. Super friendly staff.

Great restaurant to go to with friends, family or co-workers. The food is amazing and surprisingly made very quick to order. They are the only place in town that uses organic grass-fed beef, which makes me order a burger more then I should. Try the hog wild, that was a recommendation to me and I fell in love with the place, though they have a very extensive menu. The service is always great, but this place does pack up quick during busy times!

Love this place! Kind service. We arrived before closing and they still accommodated us! Loved my Tulip veggie wrap. The people with me enjoyed their eggs benedict! Over all, great value! Wonderful selection. Definitely becoming a regular!

Simply delicious! From the breakfast to the lunch! Definitely must try the chicken and waffles (my favorite)! The chicken is amazing! And the fries are absolute! One of the better places for fries in this town . The service is excellent as well. Waitress was very attentive and friendly. It gives a nice vibe to the whole place when the waitresses keep a smile on their faces . Overall, food is delicious, service is excellent, a very nice location, and the cafe itself is cute and cosy. And to throw out there, prices are very reasonable

Food is reasonably priced and plated for presentation well. Breakfast is not hard, but the chef uses spices well. Great choice of coffees too. Wish the outside seating was smoke free.

First time here, came for breakfast because I was craving a chocolate chip banana pancake. Super fast service and Andrea is just so sweet and caters to your needs! The pancake is the size of my head so needless to say I did not finish it all, but I enjoyed trying. They have an awesome selection of frappes, iced coffees, and teas. So excited to be back to try more. Awesome place!

Hazelnut coffee is excellent! California omelet was good, but I should have said that it was ok to have the whole egg, not just whites. Would add a star if my biscuit was served hot. This place is very good, I've been many times and will keep coming back! The service is above average!

A rarity at the beach, both great service and food. Had waffles and bacon, shrimp and lobster omelet, and Greek omelet. All were perfect. Clean and friendly staff. Loved it!

Our favorite brunch place in town. The shrimp and lobster omelet with spicy gorgonzola sauce is as good as anything I've had in Miami & New York, and their homemade biscuits are light, fluffy, and buttery. I also like the fact that they have a nice selection of gourmet teas, and enough food variety to satisfy all tastes, from hardcore meat eaters to vegetarians. Also, on nice days, the outside seating is surprisingly pleasant, with a view of a grassy lawn.

I love this place and am very surprised they do not have more amazing reviews. This place is always great. They serve organic eggs, grass fed steaks and burgers. The sausage gravy and biscuits are great. The staff is awesome. Christina is our girl. Always treats us right! Oh did I say they make their own sausage patties. Can get busy on weekends

A surprising little restaurant! Decor and facility is very clean and fresh. The food is outstanding. We had breakfast with an array of foods. I enjoyed fried pork chops and eggs with grits and a biscuit and all were delicious. The eggs benedict (they have many different forms of the traditional) were wonderful as well. I did not give the restaurant a five star review because the service left a lot to be desired! It was busy and there were not enough servers, bussers, or runners! We did not get refills on the wonderful coffee, the sugar never came, water was never refilled and the server was frantic. So, if you want good food, this is wonderful...if you can overlook the lacking service!

Busy breakfast place in a strip mall. Good coffee, ok hot chocolate, but all the food needs salt and pepper. Omelet was good but scramble was badly overcooked and no one seemed to care, everything else was pretty good. I would still give them a second try

Doesn't appear much from the parking lot; however, it is completely worth stepping in. Nice people, straightforward food that is quality. Do it, it is even worth popping off 95 for. 2.3 miles is a small price to pay for solid breakfast food. No bloody marrys though.....

Being a Flagler Beach resident, Hi Tulip has to be one of the best places to come for breakfast. The hazelnut latte is great and grinded fresh to order. Our favorite dish is the Greek melt which is made with feta cheese and spinach. If you're in the area, stop by and enjoy some latte and good food.
